We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return items. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories included. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Please include this with your return.
Contact Us: Before sending your return, please contact our customer service team at here to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Pack Your Return: Securely package your item(s), including the original receipt or proof of purchase and a note with your RAN.
Send It Back: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Customer Service Email] and send your item to the return address provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
